Why do we need to convert PDF files into an MS Excel format?
Can you convert a PDF file into an Excel file? It is possible to save/convert an Excel file to a PDF file. It is possible to insert/imbed a PDF inside of a spreadsheet (as an image). I am not sure of a currently available option to convert a PDF file format to an Excel file format. However, if the contents of the pdf document is presented as a table (columns, rows), the information might be copied and pasted into an Excel worksheet.
Convert PDF: All You Need to Know
A PDF file format (including Microsoft Word) will be more suitable for the data management task because it is a data structure type. Note: A PDF file can contain binary files, for example, images. If you are not sure about the types of binary files, there are many free utilities available. If you want to insert a table or column in your Excel spreadsheet (data), you may need to use a different data structure type, one that is not based on a binary file, but on a relational database data structure (SQLite database/MyISAM database, ...), as there is no direct access to the table or column directly via a Table/Column in Excel.
