Note that this is probably not a good approach unless you know what you're doing! Using the web context to handle URLs. Sometimes it's not clear if your URL has changed. For example, if you have a file that's in your document root (e.g. c:\Users\username\Documents\Public\My Pictures) (but is different from the web root) it's not clear whether the change in the URL is in the document root as an external entity (e.g.), or is something you can change in the document root from your web browser.
